No. It is the heart of Lumideo: once sealed, nobody can open it early — not you, not us. The opening date is final. If you sent it to someone else, they cannot open it early either.
Only you and the recipient you choose. Videos are encrypted both in transit and while stored. Nobody on our team can watch the contents of your capsules.
It is a fair question. Videos are stored on Google Cloud Storage, the same infrastructure behind Google Drive and YouTube. If the service closes, we will notify everyone at least 90 days in advance and provide a way to download their videos.

Yes. They receive an email invitation. When they sign up, the capsule is already waiting — sealed and ready for its day. They can join whenever they like.
Sent capsules cannot be deleted once they have been sealed.
